When an upper middle class family making a little more than $300,000/yr. is paying the same 35% rate as some1 making making MULTIPLE MILLIONS & EVEN BILLIONS of $/yr., the system is "progressive" in name only.

And when O'REALLY STUPID tries to say that Capital Gains & Earned Income are not both "INCOME" TAXES & as different as "apples & oranges," it is only because bushCO made it so. INCOME IS INCOME, GOD DAMN IT; NO MATTER WHERE IT COMES FROM! And it ain't fair that those who make their HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, EVEN BILLIONS, of INCOME $ on stock options & pay only 25%, or even 15% if they hold that stock for more than 1 year, while AGAIN, that upper middle class family making a little more than $300,000/yr. is paying the 35% rate.
