<– Bert Lopez, the disgraced New Mexico police officer who had relations with a woman on top of her car while he was in police uniform, battle new allegations from another woman this week. Elizabeth Enriquez says that Bert Lopez acted improperly towards her during a DUI arrest. She says Lopez first arrested her for a DUI and then asked her to have relations with him.

Bert Lopez was applauded by his division previously for his DUI arrests. But days ago he was fired after he was caught on video tape having relations with a female. It remains unclear if the female on the car was a friend or someone Lopez had arrested as well.

But now Elizabeth Enriquez, a woman in an unrelated matter, is speaking out. Last week, Elizabeth Enriquez appeared in court on her DUI case. On Wednesday she told the Court that Lopez allegedly pulled her over for “failing to maintain lanes”. She told the Court that she admitted to Lopez about having two drinks; he therein arrested and began to transport her back to the station.

But on the way back to the station, Lopez she claims thanked her for being in her car and told her that she made his “car smell good”. She claims that Lopez told her that he was physically attracted to her, asked her if she was single, and when he learned that she had a boyfriend, asked her if she would be willing to cheat on her.>

It's just been embarrassing as hell for the local cops to have that thing go viral on You Tube.

Since it was so uncomfortable for the lady, I'm fairly sure the investigation will uncover another DUI bust he was bargained out of.
