Nope, I'm not watching 911 anniversary/retrospective programming. I'm not watching CSpan or any of the news channels or the history channel or any of that stuff commemorating 911.

I'm watching Barbara Streisand at the Village Vanguard jazz club in NYC. Ahhhhhhhh..... Big Smiles..... Warm memories..... New treats....

Barbara's 1st cabaret performance in 48 years! Small, intimate setting, light chat, telling little stories about some of the people in the audience.

Singing "If You Go Away", "Where Do You Start", "If You Go Away", "Here's to Life", "In the Wee Small Hours of the Night", "My Funny Valentine"

It's part of PBS' fundraising programming - catch it if you can, it's a delight.

Going to see them play in Baltimore at the end of Sept - hope they are still playoff worthy at that time!
