1. Switch careers? To WHAT career?

This whole switch-career/get more training stuff is starting to get old., Only the very young or retired can afford to be doing this every 3 or 4 years. ..and all this retraining stuff costs money too..money that many people cannot afford, so they go even further into debt for a hope that someone will hire them after they have re-trained.
