The U.S. Chamber of Commerce launched a radio advertisement on Monday attacking what it called the Obama administration's "aggressive and radical pro-union agenda."

The ad will air on radio stations in Florida, Missouri, Montana, and Virginia. It takes aim at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the U.S. Department of Labor.

New regulations the NLRB issued in late August require companies to inform employees about their rights to unionize under federal law. That includes telling employees they have the right to act together to improve wages and working conditions, to form, join and assist a union, to bargain collectively with their employer, and to refrain from any of these activities.

The new rule will take effect on November 14.
