She is saying she does not like any of the Republican candidates, not only that, when asked what she would say to them about continually invoking her father's image and name she say she would not be able to talk to them.
When asked what she would say to Rick Perry in an E_MAIL then she said: How many swearwords could I get away with.

She said we need a figure, in light of yesterday's anniversary of 9/11, where the country's people could be held to the chest of a leader when we are mourning. That's how I understood it, and it gave me a heavy understanding feeling in my own heart.
She said she thought we had it in our present President, but we don't really, in her estimation at this point, and she does not know what happened there.... She trailed off after that.

Lawrence asked her "If you had some time to spend with the REpub candidates to kind of re-educate them about your father, what would you tell them to pay attention to when they look back at him?"

I thought she said it about the e-mails. I was a bit wide eyed seeing her so open and aggressive. I hope the gang of candidates, the invoking Reagan wannabes, pay a little attention and realize how ridiculous they are doing it.

Frankly Ronald Reagan was a right wing kook like this Jon Huntsman candidate, but would look like a communist among these whackjobs, just like Huntsman looks.
