Jerry Brown calls for 'war on unemployment'

In remarks at a conference of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, Brown continued to urge investment in green energy projects to create jobs and improve the environment.

"It's time for a war on unemployment," he said. "Find the jobs, and do so by investing in the renewable energy, the efficiency technologies, the innovative transportation, the land use policies."
