I go to some other store, get overcharged, or they leave something out of my order ..

I contribute to a Democratic presidential candidate ... he gets elected ... all of a sudden he's NOT A DEMOCRAT!

Or so it seems. I want my money back.

At McDonalds and your store example, the business is wholly responsible for your order. The order that you alone desired and paid for.

Government does not work like your lunch or underwear purchase. There are many layers of obstructions: 100 Senators, 435 Representatives, 300 million Americans who may not think the same thing as you, conflicting advisers and agendas, etc. etc.

Voting or even donating doesn't mean you put your money in a slot and get the candy bar you want. Get real.
