Number of days since Clarence Thomas' crimes uncovered: 236 and counting.
And nothing. Five straight years of a grievous omission. That's the definition of low-hanging fruit, buddy.

Check it out yourself in the LA Times. Be sure to notice the date: January 23, 2011.

He and Ginni will have the last laugh. They know absolutely nothing will happen to them.

Who am I kidding? They did have the last laugh. Nothing ever happened to them and nothing ever will.

Just a reminder to keep you angry. Because if you aren't angry, you aren't paying close enough attention. They tell me we elect representatives to keep an eye on this sort of thing. That's what they tell me, anyway.

5. What crimes?
From your link:

But Steven Lubet, an expert on judicial ethics at Northwestern University School of Law, said such an infraction was unlikely to result in a penalty. Although unfamiliar with the complaint about Thomas' forms, Lubet said failure to disclose spousal income "is not a crime of any sort, but there is a potential civil penalty" for failing to follow the rules. He added: "I am not aware of a single case of a judge being penalized simply for this."
