Above The Law - USA (16 Sep 11)
.

Mr Cheney, Mr Rumsfeld,

Answer the following questions:

At what point does a USA government official become 'above the law' (national and international)?

Does being 'above the law' extend to only USA President/Vice President?

Are Secretarial Department heads also 'above the law?' How far down the chain of command does being above the law extend?

Do you feel free to travel outside of USA and expect to be immune to prosecution?

When arrested overseas, do 'above the law' USA government officials have the right to use international law in their defense?

Is it naive to believe the Republicant Party will extend the 'above the law' immunity to Mr Obama and Mr Biden after they leave office?

Mr Obama,

Feel free to answer any or all of the above questions?

4. I'm not exactly sure what you are getting at here . . .
. . . are you suggesting that the possible risk faced by the President and Vice President after they leave office in some way mitigates the choice not to pursue war and finance criminals? I mean, such risks go with the territory. It's not like there's a "personal safety" carve-out in the oath of office.

5. USA Government Officials Have Allowed War Crimes ...
.

to be committed. The officials are currently 'Above The Law'. The actions are wrong and must not be tolerated under any circumstance.

On a practicable point; when this snake turns and comes back to bite, it will not be the original government 'Above The Law' officials who will face justice. It will be secondary persons who, though they themselves did not commit the original crimes, (BUT tolerated them, (this was a crime in USA once)) will try to avoid prosecution by claims of being above the law.

Go after the original criminals now. Avoid the later rush.
