Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) resumed his attacks on President Obama’s economic policy Sunday morning, suggesting that the President’s plan to tax millionaires’ profits from capital gains in order to fund job creation efforts constitutes “class warfare”:

RYAN: It adds further instability to our system — more uncertainty — and it punishes job creation and those people who create jobs. Class warfare, Chris, may make for really good politics but it makes for rotten economics. We don’t need to divide people and prey on people’s fear and envy and anxiety. We need to remove the barriers so entrepreneurs can hire people. These tax increases don’t work. <...>

"We don’t need to divide people and prey on people’s fear and envy and anxiety." Hell that's all the republicans ever do, pray on peoples fears, envy, and anxiety in order TO DIVDE THEM! This has been their agenda for decades, now he are trying to say that's not the right way? And his thinking, if you can cal it that, isn't even correct. None of the BS these guys are spouting is even correct! Tax cuts DO NOT promote jobs! They didn't when Bush gave the rich 2 tax cuts when he was in office and they won't create any now. It's pure BS and I think they know it, and they are scared to death of what will happen to them on this issue. They either have to kiss up to Grover Norquist and fight any tax cuts for the rich, or they have to given into the the majority of american who WANT to see the rich pay more, and give into the president who is pushing this. Either way they lose, and they don't like that.
