Boner is talking about any more US debt when his party ran up Trillions and cut taxes during two wars so that there would soon be TONS MORE U.S. DEBT. This is the height of hypocrisy.

He intends to cut Medicare and Social Security to balance the budget. Of course, he wouldn't tell you that, and here is how it works for Republicans: grandma is not yet 55, he'll be dead when she would have been eligible for Medicare at 65, it doesn't matter to him therefore if he kisses ass to Paul Ryan so he doesn't get Eddie Haskell (as far as he's concerned) running the House, grandma retires and cannot get health care for a $200 "voucher" so she dies. She dies. Get it? America doesn't fully understand it yet because Boner won't tell them until it is too late.

That may be what you took away from that quote, but it's not what he SAID.
