John Boehner is a socialist!!

According to Tea Bagger David Lewis on MSNBC who plans to mount a primary against him next year Ohio congressman and House leader Boehner isn't far enough to the right. He actually called him a socialist.

Beside the usual vague promise to somehow end abortions, his platform is to phase out Social Security altogether. Of course, like all the Repubs who threaten to end the greatest safety net in American history, he adds the caveat that no one currently in the program will be affected. They know seniors vote, and need that extra butter on their bread, after all.

He plans to replace it with an optional savings account. So I guess his vision is that we'll put away as much money as possible each week until we have enough to survive our golden years. Considering inflation and rising health costs, a couple thousand a month for 30 years ought to do it. Of course he's doing this so people working now won't have to suffer cuts in benefits 30 years from now.

His first campaign TV ads will feature pictures of aborted fetuses. I wonder if he'll be appealing to voters at the dinner hour. Hahahaha
