Comment from MN legislator sums up Republican insanity
The possibility of day care providers joining a union is becoming a hot topic in MN, and is a battle of choice for republican state legislators.

This kind lady rolled up the republican anti-union and class warfare hysteria into one neat package:

"Rep. Mary Franson (R-Alexandria) was a child-care provider for four years. She said she worries about "propaganda" children might be exposed to, including forming the phrase "tax the rich" in macaroni noodles as a craft project."

1. Mary Franson's world is a very scary place
Why the voters in her district chose to put her in elected office is a mystery. Unless they're very scared, too.

2. Was going to make a snarky comment
But there is really nothing to say. Except "Duh, which way did he go?" for those who may remember old Warner Brothers cartoons.

3. "indoctrination'? One of those big, scary words repugs fear.
Never mind that butt face Huckabee put out a cartoon for kids that says the world was a horrible place until St. Ronnie saved us all.

4. The reichwingers never are at a want for boogeymen
what with those demons tattooed on the insides of their eyelids.

Too bad there's no demand for stupidity, because we have more natural reserves of teh stoopid in this country than nearly any other place on earth and if we could export it, trade deficits would be a thing of the past.

5. Tax the rich in Macaroni? I expect she would feel better about
"Let them eat cake" in Ramen noodles.

I don't think she would like my daycare arts and crafts projects AT ALL.

6. Well, if the GOP supporters could learn to spell, they'd teach kids to spell out
'no taxes ever'!
