Kaiser Braces for Largest NUHW Strike in History

Kaiser Permanente is bracing for some serious commotion next week as a three day rolling strike has been planned by the National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW) across Northern California.

The NUHW has issued official notice to Kaiser Permanent that 4,000 NUHW members across the state will go on strike next week. The strike will start on the 21st and will run through the 23rd.

NUHW members will be joined by 17,000 registered nurses from the California Nurses Association and 2,000 Stationary Engineers from Local 39.
