The only difference is that he would no longer be among the chosen few who are permitted by insurance company bureaucrats to actually see a physician ... with single payer, everyone would have the access that the chosen few have now. Herman Cain would have to share his physician with the great unwashed middle class and even the --GASP- POOR.
