1. healthcare is a consideration on hiring an employee
As a small business owner the impact of providing health insurance for an employee impacts the number of employees we hire. It is not cheap and constant search for cheaper insurance is a daily effort. Small business owners do the work themselves to avoid hiring more employees. How do we grow a business?

5. There is no employer mandate in the plan.
An employer mandate was Nixon's plan. Obama's plan, like it or not, has the individual mandate; no burden on business.

6. Even if there WERE an employer mandate, the plan also provides, if I recall, tax credits
for employers who do provide healthcare.

I may be misremembering, but I seem to recall something to that effect.

3. Actually, that dumb fsck
has just made an argument for single-payer, not that she's capable of putting 2 and 2 together.
