Poor Sarah Palin. Always the victim.
Bless her heart. Even when she's trying to make a statement of sympathy to shooting victims, she can't help but include herself among the wounded. In a video released on the same day that Congress and the president set aside to honor the victims of the tragic shooting in Tucson, Arizona, Palin made her own statement.
The video started off well enough. Palin, in front of a fireplace and an American flag, expressed sympathy to victims and their families. She should have mentioned the victims' names, stopped and been done with it.
But no, she had to make it about her. She then delved into the meat of her message --- to attack criticism about her perceived role in pumping up the current violent political rhetoric. She has been criticized by many on the left for her use of crosshairs over targeted congressional districts across the country, including the site of the Arizona tragedy."
