Seems to me the funeral homes should be notifying the government when someone dies. I know they notify Social Security.

4. Well, the solution is to hire more people to police these kind of things.

Same with the IRS and the number of people stiffing their obligations...but, of course, the Republicans would never allow that to happen, right?
