7. Why Portland? One of the most progressive cities in the country.

Why not Salt Lake City, Dallas, Pocatella, Idaho? Is it sane to bring discord to a city that has great harmony and generally does the right thing? Wouldn't simply going to city council meetings to be orderly heard not work better?
