There ought to be a law
that gives a life sentence for election fraud. Any type involvment....seriously.

1. They should be able to find something in the Constitution to cover this.
I mean if they can impeach Clinton for a cigar between the wrong lips, we should be able to do something about Election Fraud.

4. Instead, if you look into it -- and you probably know this --
you'll find that our laws aren't very strong on election fraud and our judges have never been particularly interested in stiff prosecutions for some reason. Jesse Jackson Sr had once upon a time (not all that long ago -- after the 2000 election, probably) spearheaded an initiative to get the Right to Vote (and have the vote counted) in the Constitution. It sadly languished. It's needed, though, because that is one of the key arguments at the very bottom of all the other problems with the courts not doing much about election fraud: there is no constitutional right to vote (or have your vote counted).
