I found this interesting photo...Michelle Obama undercover....
at Target. Does look like she could get away without being recognized.

..WASHINGTON (AP) — Attention Target shoppers: You could have been standing in line with Michelle Obama.

The first lady, hard to recognize in a baseball cap and sunglasses, shopped Thursday at a Target Corp. store in Alexandria, Va., just outside Washington.

Casually dressed Secret Service agents arrived about a half-hour before Mrs. Obama, who walked in through the main entrance with an assistant. She spent 30 to 40 minutes shopping, pushing her own cart. She apparently was recognized only by the cashier who rang up her purchases.

Since coming to the White House, Mrs. Obama has lamented missing out on what she calls "normal stuff," like Target runs.

She isn't the first first lady to try to go out unrecognized. Hillary Rodham Clinton went for walks wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, too.

1. I would not have noticed her--until I saw a photographer taking her picture, that is.

4. Probably.
I wouldn't have pegged him as an agent, except he's not watching the First Lady being photographed by an AP guy.

...Either there's a bear riding a tricycle over to the right somewhere, or he's SS. :D

7. there`s no doubt in my mind he is a ss agent.
during a durbin/ obama campaign stop in 2006 i noticed a very large guy who you would`t want to fuck with standing by a corner of a building. i took a second look and he was gone...5 minutes later the motorcade arrived.

8. Good chance
Secret Service agents stand out in pictures because they are almost never looking @ their
person(s) under their protection but looking around for any danger or threat.

5. In another thread on this same topic, I noted that I used to see the Gores around town all the time
back in happier days. They'd stroll through Georgetown frequently. I also saw Barbara Bush out for a walk with a friend by the Vietnam Memorial years ago. The Secret Service do a very good job of blending in. If you didn't notice, you wouldn't notice, if you know what I mean.
