What the Koch Brothers have done is TREASON, plain and simple
When an American took up arms to aid and abet the enemy, the USA recently drone attacked his ass, and now he is no more. I've not weighed in on that at all, because I have mixed feelings about it. But this? What the Koch brothers did? THIS IS TREASON. This is TRADING WITH THE ENEMY.

The easiest activist alert in the world includes calling your congresscritter and demanding you see a frog march.

Just sayin'...and here's handy link to help you

and the unrec goons are out en masse on this thread, working diligently to occult the reality of Republicon treason.

11. Treason has been thrown around pretty freely lately
Al-Awaki was accused of treason but was never indicted for it...he was executed just the same!

In accordance to the United States Constitution, Article III, Section 3:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

I don't see where the Koch's levyed war against the US, and officially Iran is more of an adversary then an enemy, also the lack of the testimony of two witnesses, and don't count on the Koch boys confessing in court. So, technically they are only guilty of violating several federal laws having to do with conducting trade with Iran, but not treason

Now Al-Awaki, he met all of the standards, and with that AG Holder could have enpanelled a Federal Grand Jury and would probably have gotten an indicment. I just wonder why the government didn't at least go through the motions that would have given it more legitimacy?

12. Bush family traded with the Nazis, Cheney's halliburton did business with Iraq...
but in today's atmosphere, this could work. They might prefer it over Roseanne Barr's "plan" to bring back the guillotine :D

13. They have a history of war profiteering
This is just the latest. They get rich by fomenting discord with other nations, along with other war profiteers. Peace isn't profitable for them.

17. That's why we should seize their assets. They are giving aid and comfort to the enemy and have not
the business acumen to compete in the market.

Let them sink, and aid our enemies from jail.
