If corporate persons were real persons: Some questions.

- If you bankrupt a company, is this the same as murdering a corporate person?

- If you trade stocks, is this the same as trafficking parts of a corporate person?

- Is selling/buying a subsidiary of a company the same as selling/buying an inner organ? Or is it the same as selling/buying a natural-born person?

- If a company's CEOs change every few years over the course of its lifetime, does that mean the corporate person is schizophrenic?

- If I refuse to buy and/or use products from certain kinds of companies, or to touch their property, or to answer their communications, can these corporate persons sue me for discrimination?

- Can I refuse to serve certain kinds of corporate persons at my restaurant?

- If a company founds a subsidiary, but that subsidiary doesn't function properly, is the subsidiary then given over to foster parents?

- If a company attempts to found a subsidiary, but then stops the proceedings, does that count as an abortion? Does the corporate person have to look at ultrasound images of the legal papers before it can abort?

- Do gay companies have the legal right to merge into one company?

- Are there laws or moral codes to protect young and vulnerable corporate persons?

- Is a corporate person able to adopt a natural-born child?

- If a hand commits a crime while being under the control of the natural-born person's body, is the natural-born person responsible for the crime? If a natural-born person commits a crime in its function as a part of a corporate person, is the corporate person culpable for the crime its body-part committed?

- Are corporate persons subject to religious teachings? (Like donating 10% to the church, caring for the least among us, feasting during Ramadan...)

- If a company is unbaptized, does that brand it as an unholy heathen and/or atheist?

- Are jewish and muslim companies circumcised?

- Can foreign corporate persons, or parts of it, be refused to enter a country?

- Do corporate persons have a right to vote? Full vote or 3/5th of a vote?

1. I remember reading about a CEO in I think Las Vegas

who tried to sign his corporation up to run for office, because as he saw it corporations are people now. I don't know what ever happened to that.

Goldman Sachs ran for office in 2008 and won. They'll be running again 2012. I wish we the people could get someone to run against them.

4. When does a corporation die?

If a corporation is a person, it is not immortal!  What is its
life span?  Same as the average life span of a human?  Or
should it be based on the life span of the original founder of
the corporation?  Upon death, shouldn't it be treated like a
human and be buried, cremated, or dissolved and all assets
liquidated?  In other words, shouldn't it go through the
processes that humans go through when they die?
