Bravo Joe Biden

In his speech at Wednesday's rally, Biden said police departments in cities like Camden, New Jersey, and Flint, Michigan, have been "literally cut in half" because of budget cuts.

"In many cities, the result has been, and it's not unique, murder rates are up, robberies are up, rapes are up," he said.

1. Do you not find it ironic?
That the party who whose only way to motivate voters is on FEAR is criticizing the party of Hope? Pathetic.

2. ReTHUGS disgust me
Common sense tells me that crime will go up if you cut police forces in half.

3. Recommended.
I was just watching commentary on this on Mourning Joe, and came over to the computer to write about it.

4. The AOL homepage, with its usual sense of balance...
...posted a headline for that story that read something like "Vote or legislation or be raped, murdered." :eyes: AOL seems determined to be right-wing and downscale, in contrast to, say, MSN, which at least has a more attractive homepage design and less of a bias.

7. Actually, it's a general problem with AOL.
Have a look at their headlines for a feel of the tone they adopt -- a negative one for Democrats, with headlines and pictures to match.
