Add something else to the what you can do list
This comes from one of the kids occupying downtown. See they need bodies, they get it that many of us cannot be there 24\7 even if we wanted to. I could go into the list of excuses... but here is what we all can do... COMMIT TO ONE DAY to add your body for at least a few hours, one day a week. This way they can use the extra bodies...

That is the best you can do in many a ways.

1. Yep. The delicate balance of life outside of activism...
My wife has been a saint in supporting my time away from our family.

HOWEVER, she has expressed feelings of frustration, which we will work through.

We cannot all be there 24/7 as much as we would like to.

However I find ways to support the cause while being at home with my family as well.

Commit to small things when your 'on the ground' time has to be limited.

We can do this, we ARE doing this!

Thanks for the post, nadin!
