At 60 I cleaned 5 flights of stairs today with 3 degrees

and bought some beer and pot with it

LOL....


I think the Zen of doing it has helped me
physically and mentally..

Anyway.......the pot and beer help the pain
and I feel good now

I do that job once in a while to pay for food.
but others gave some beer and pot too. tonight
