Funny funny scene just now on C-span
Edited on Thu Nov-03-11 07:52 AM by ThomWV
They've got some Republican pinhead on (Rep Bill Huizenga (R-Michigan)) on and a young woman was to ask a question of him*, she identified herself as a college student. The Republican began the conversation with a nicety. He said something like "wow, you should be congratulated, you'd never have got me up at 8:30 in the morning when I was in college". When the young woman heard his comment she went silent and just looked at him like he had just cut a fart. Then she asked her question, one dealing in matters of international economics. It shot so far over his head he couldn't have hit on an answer with a good skeet gun.

*students from Southern Mississippi are tied into the show real-time by computer.
