Several videos taken by protestors before and during the arrest...and their website has an open letter to the Dallas PD regarding it all.

They are now trying to charge some of those arrested with "trying to incite a riot", keeping them in jail for 10 days while "an investigation" is done by police. One protestor may be facing a felony charge of assaulting an officer even though the video taken doesn't support that.
Some of the protestors were pushed off planters in front of the BOA building BY officers and then charged with misuse of sidewalk. The posts on the facebook explain alot, and there are multiple videos. One union member had his flag ripped from his hands by an officer.
The latest video shows a protestor asking one of the officers for his name/badge number and the officer hestitating a long time and only giving his last name...then he reaches for somehthing in his pocket as he asks the protestor "what is YOUR name" ( in a threatening tone). He stopped reaching for something to write on when the protestor said "uh, sir, that will not end well for you".

8. Police Corruption/Brutality/Abuse of Power

Well aware of police brutality, abuse of power, and corruption as it was sponsored by Hanover County Sheriff Cook, now retired, who participated in and ordered gangstalking and other crimes, including attempted murder. It would be easier to list the crimes not committed, murder. As a whistlebloww agaist their crimes, I was offered no protection, not even as I underwent serious false charges after their assaults against me and my property. Two weeks after their most serious crimes of 12/28/06, I was forced off road. I was walking fine until forced on one of their ambulances, where an EMT had acted to participate and cover their previous criminal assault, false arrest, evidence theft, etc. When I arrived at hospital, I was paralised with spinal injury and would never walk again without a series of complicated surgeries, wherin I could die. I hope this is the beginning of justice and the purification of LE agencies, as this is a national crisis.
