The impact of Wikileaks on government agencies...
One of my work colleagues has written a paper on the work of Julian Assange and Wikileaks, and the effect it could have on the Australian Public Service. I suspect Wikileaks has the same implications for govt agencies on other countries as well, so seeing there might be one or two DUers who do work in govt and are interested in this sort of thing, it might be worth posting here...
