Watch now on C-SPAN.

Seems like every cable network is treating this as the second coming.

4. Yeah. I can see that, but...
The Senate will not bring it up, and even if they did, it would be vetoed by the President.

2. It's frustrating
This issue was closed and done with.

The media should be focusing on the fact that we don't have enough jobs, the jobs we do have do not pay enough, and the housing industry is on the verge of depression.

This is just 'thea-tuh' in my book.

5. because it took so long, and because Biden told the truth
about it being a big fucking deal.

Part of it is also like watching Sarah's upcoming train wreck. The media senses that the GOP, again, has grabbed more than it can handle, and it wants to be there when they fall flat on their face.

10. Because the network m$m is like a very bad reality show; their rooting for the Patient Protection
Edited on Wed Jan-19-11 10:58 AM by divine_truine
& Affordable Healthcare Act to either be 'repealed' as the hypocrit republicans are threatening to do or for it to 'fail'...and all for their cheap-ass ratings!

The network m$m have allowed the disingenuous republicans to get away with calling the new healthcare law a 'job-killer?' when factcheck.org has already slapped the bronzer out of house weeper boner and his hypocrit cohorts in the house & senate because of his constantly misrepresenting the facts while at the same time scaring the daylights out of his constituents. Reality is starting to set in with republicans. They've played obstructionists for over two years and now their brief stint as majority party in the house is now forcing them to actually do some work for a change instead of fearmonger. g.o.p., keep calling it obamacare at your peril...and btw, have you relinquished your govt-subsidized healthcare benefit package yet?

There is never a shortage of obscene hypocrisy coming from republicans such as boner, cantor, mcconnell, ryan, etc. Their goal is to not just 'repeal' the Patient Protection & Affordable Healthcare Act but attempt to wipe it out completely because it is pres. obama's signature piece of legislation that will define his presidency for decades to come. john boner and the rest of the repuke leadership are desperate to manipulate the american people into thinking that the last election was about repealing 'obamacare;' It was not. hey boner, WHERE ARE THE JOBS?

Regrettably, this particular version of the republican party has become most toxic with low-information voters.
