Rick Perry's Third Agency

He wants to do away with the Commerce Dept. (which includes NIST by the way), the Education Dept., and...he can't remember the third one.

I wonder if it's the Election Assistance Commission.

I have an idea: Why not ask the voters to pick the third agency as a national write-in referendum on the Presidential ballot? If Perry wins, he has to close the agency the voters voted against.
