2. Eventually the cities will run out of money to pay for all

the police presence. They're coming up short on finances right now. There will be some gnashing of teeth and rending of garments looking for ways to pay the overtime to break up OWS which is not working now.
I believe OWS will easily outlast them all over the country. State, county and city finances are really tight if non existant.

3. is it smart to announce the strategy of draining police funds?

People in the community are already angry about the cost of the Portland event -- this will underline that.

Might have been better to say they were moving from park to park to provide community to each part of town or something like that.

4. Citizens should burn up the email and phone lines complaining ABOUT them using money

to hurt a peaceful protest. It is the mayors, police chiefs, and the 1%'s fault!
