What, EXACTLY, are the people not allowed to bring back into the park?
When is a tent not a tent? (When it's a REALLY big umbrella!)

Is a poncho a blanket? Is there some minimum/maximum size requirement?

5. We had a similar situation here in Rochester...
they said that any 'material support' that is not 'of one's person' can be used within the park.

We had that overruled, but this is approximately what I am understanding it to mean...
