Hartmann told the story recently that he wanted to qualify as private investigator

and evidently it was required that he go thru some part of police training --

At the graduation exercise he was sitting with someone who was a higher up in department

and he commented to him that "you couldn't pay me enough to get shot at!" --

Conversation went into salaries -- guys on the take -- and then the info that ...
