NBC is a tenant of Rock Center with a lease allowing temporary use of the plaza in front.

The tent will be gone after Bieber is.

And for what it's worth, "they" are apparently the same network who's MSNBC hosts are criticizing the "1%", and who are criticizng the police for their heavy handling of the media.
