What works for a small country would not necessarily work for the EU, but this has to be a positive.

1. If I remember correctly, the people saved their economy by taking control away from the banks.
I think larger economies could certainly benefit from the same model.

2. Nationalize the banks, separate them from investment banks, reduce their
leveraging, and break them into smaller banks so they are
small enough to fail or jail.
