Fox News invents mythical part of United States constitution
byDavid NirFollowforDaily Kos

2. this is a reference to federal law, not the constitution (usc title 28, section 144)
some idiot mistook "usc" to mean "us constitution" instead of "us code".

or they went out of their way to lie and make it seem more weighty than it is.

so hard to tell with foxnews.

4. Not that hard to tell, actually. You just have to measure....

though i'm sure they have their share of errors that can't readily be assigned a left or right, just wrong.
