He said it on Fox News, so you know he was serious about that. He called upon the age old principle of "spoils of war." God bless that man. Engineering-wise, I'm not sure how he thought we could drain all the oil out of Iraq before pulling out, but he seemed quite sincere when he lamented how, without Texaco & Shell looting the joint, it was as if our troops died in vain.

Sadly, I'm not making any of this up.
