Anonymous Hosting--Second round for advice.

I have had an opportunity to research the anonymous hosting which was recommended by others in a previous post and came up with the following:

https://www.anonymousspeech.com/anonymous_hosting.aspx -- At 29.95 a month they're too expensive

http://invisihosting.com/ -- At less than ten dollars a month, they're priced right. But they take forever to answer an e-mail so I suspect their service isn't very good.

Has anyone heard of the following:

Anonhoster.com
katzglobal.com

Or does anyone have better ideas?
