8. We've got a lot of Democrats in Congress...

...who are with Barney. I always hate when the idea that Congress is entirely corrupt is spread. We have many great Democratic legislators. The irony of a lot of the Congressional approval polls is that even if people think Congress is failing they still like their legislator.

It's the voters who are failing, not Congress or our system of government.
