2001's "Sheriff of the Year" Arrested for Exchanging Sex for MethMeet Patrick J. Sullivan, former drug war wager and GOP sheriff of Arapahoe County, Colorado for nearly 20 years before he retired in 2002. This guy was such a great police officer that in 2001, the National Sheriff's Association named him Sheriff of he Year!
Lo and behold, Sullivan is just another crooked cop. Tuesday, he found himself on the receiving end of arrest, as cops took him down for suspicion of methamphetamine trafficking when they caught him offering a man meth in exchange for sex. Apparently, some informants tipped off the department, and they launched an investigation into whether he were selling the drug.
“As part of the investigation authorities say Sullivan agreed to meet a male informant and provide the man drugs in exchange for sex,” the report said, “That’s when Investigators and members of the South Metro Drug Task Force arrested Sullivan.” ........(more)
