I do not know much about DISH. But every single one of the alternatives are serious republican backers, to the tune of tens of of millions. The rush to hurt democratic causes stuns me. Comcast is not perfect, but many of the companies key managers and owners (except for one exception) are either democrats or sensitive to democratic causes.
