to revive this as an election issue because of word games as "Republican attempt to make lemonade out of the lemons that the Supreme Court dealt them {in upholding the constitutionality of the mandate}. That is not an objective comment, though I beliee it is accurate.
The accuracy of the statement and, even more than accuracy, the "Democratic favorable" slant of the comment from the msm, are obviously what stunned me.
On This Week With Geoge Turd Steph, George Will stated that Roberts ruling was very conservative in that he (Roberts) cut back on federal power under the Commerce Clause for the first time since 1937 (pretty sure that was the year Will cited) and will use his words in his ACA opinion to strike down affirmative action and other liberal ideas.
Assumng Will is correct, the only comment I have is, if only the mandate were worth it.

Still, the more typical view we tend to hear from the right is how America is turning into a Socialist state.
