I admire rpannier greatly and I am so glad that rpannier stayed on at DU2

I am always very happy when I see an OP or a comment by rpannier and always impressed.

rpannier has been a rock of DU2. rpannier is a faithful poster whose threads are always interesting. All rpannier's posts are always to the point and intelligent.

Whenever I read a post of rpannier's, I get a sense of such a solid human being, one who is fair and wise and rational and temperate.

We both want politics to go in a direction that is good for the 99%, so we are kin, whether or not we agree on every small detail along the way.

I was off DU3 for a long time in the past couple months, not just DU2, so it's always sad to come back and find not too many people on either site that you remember or vice versa. Like going to a high school reunion or returning to college and none of your friends still live in the area.
