Dr. Jill Stein, Green Party candidate for POTUS, has sued over her exclusion from Presidential

As most of you know, the FEC held up the matching funds for which she qualified and she and her running mate, Cheri Honkala, were handcuffed to their chairs for nine hours straight the day of the second Presidential debate between Romney and Obama, with no ability to contact their attorney.

Wanna hear something funny? The FEC certified Roemer for matching funds before it certified Dr. Stein. He ended his candidacy back in May, and she's still running. So, of course, his matching funds were a priority.
