Two billion dollars at the Presidential level alone and the past four years spent on getting to yesterday.
Mid terms are only two years away and people like Christie already started campaigning for 2012.
Now that the elections are all over but the last of the counting, they will turn to cutting entitlements, proceeding with Keystone and they will continue to do nothing (or worse) about most of the other issues that are important to me.
I am hopeful that they will attack the filibuster rule, though, but all Reid is saying so far is that he will make the filibuster less easy. (At least that is how I interpret his words.) They should abolish it.
"Politics has become less about issues and more about tribalism."
Yeayyyy! Victory!!! The tribe has spoken! Notify Pyrrhus immediately!
Still, I am glad that I don't have to get used to saying President Romney (not holding out hope for his contest) because saying Governor Romney in Boston was way bad enough.
