And, it is assumed that his tomb was among one of the measlier ones, given he died at age 19, having ruled only nine or ten years; and there was not much time to throw things together.

I believe Rameses II ruled over 60 years, but the longest reigning Pharoh, Pepi II Neferkare, supposedly reigned 94 years. Theoretically, their tombs would have been much more lavish.
