Tell me about No Elephants.
Is she ill? Is she a victim of the snow storm? I hope she is alright.

1. Thank you for thinking of me.
I am fine, but very tired. I am not sure why.

We've had a little under 2 feet of snow. Temp is 20, but 2 when adjusted for wind chill. It's still snowing. They are talking maybe another 3 inches.

The good news is that relatively warm weather is expected. I have my doubts because a massive snowstorm like this usually brings down temperatures, like ice cubes in a glass of water. But, if the forecasts are correct, significant melting should take place.

I plan to stay inside all today and maybe tomorrow.

Take care

Otherwise you might have to break out the snowshoes.

7. Blizzard not a big problem for me so far, thank heaven.
I have electricity, food, shelter, heat, lots of warm outerwear, including some that is incredibly waterproof; and I don't have to shovel snow. And, I can get more groceries delivered, if I need them. So, I am sitting pretty, "blizzard wise" in comparison to so many who are not as blessed.

They are predicting more snow for days starting Thursday. On the other hand, they are also predicting relatively warm temperatures until Sunday. Warm temperatures during the day when they drop well below freezing overnight can make things more treacherous than lots of snow alone. On the other hand, warm temperatures during the day can melt a lot of snow, too. So, I have no idea what the net effect will be.
