Good news: Little evidence Yet that Obamacare costing full-time jobs.

Okay, that is not exactly wildly exuberant framing on the part of the headline writer, but it beats a sharp stick in the eye.

Point is, the evidence does not show that employers are replacing full time jobs with jobs of under 30 hours per week to avoid Obamacare's employer requirements.

Showing how hard it is to find good news in MSM this morning, the article does go on to say that this may change closer to January 2015, when the employer mandate will actually kick in. (The employer mandate was originally due to kick in January 2014, but has been delayed a year.)
